Recycle our sunflower oil to use as biodiesel.
Try our best to book local events.
Use only compostable biodegradable disposables (trays, pots, napkins…)
Use LED lightbulbs.
Work towards introducing a renewable power source for our business (eg. Solar power)
Zero food waste as we use dry ingredients and cook food to order.
